One row per due date
A chore holds the rule. Every date it comes due gets a row of its own, carrying who owns it and how it ended — which is what makes a single turn reassignable and a history worth reading.

How it works
Turns move on their own
Pick who is in the rotation and each turn goes to the next person. Hand one turn to someone else and the order behind it stays exactly where it was.
How long, not how important
Chores carry minutes rather than a priority nobody agrees on. Five minutes or an hour is a fact; “important” is an opinion, and the house has already had that argument.
Missed stays missed
Nothing quietly disappears. Miss a chore and it stays open and visibly late; skipping closes it as skipped rather than pretending it was done.
Three ways to repeat
Set it once.
Every chore repeats one of three ways, and the difference between them is most of the app.
- Once
- A one-off with a date on it. It happens, and it is done.
- On a schedule
- Due dates stay on the calendar. Missing one never shifts the next.
- After each completion
- One open turn at a time. The next is scheduled from the day you finish this one.
